David Hicks appears to be a master of understatement.
In a report in the Sunday Mail, today (as quoted in news.com.au) David Hicks is quoted as saying:
"Human rights – a privilege. Not guaranteed."
Well, of all people, he is one of the best qualified to make that statement.
